My Story

Hi there! My name is Mary Lusk and I love exploring new attractions near and far. I live in Colorado with my husband- “almost empty nesters”. I’m a mother of two; an amazing son and talented daughter. Our state has abundant beauty and unique tourist sites for any lover of travel to experience. Getting outdoors is the #1 must do in Colorado.

We are from Pennsylvania originally but we ventured out to Colorado in 2015 for a change of pace and to enjoy postcard sceneries everyday.

Professional copywriting is my main gig, but I’m also a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and I own my massage business, Connective Body Solutions, as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Besides growing up in Pennsylvania, I lived in California with my brother during my middle school years and visited L. A. every summer throughout high school.

Those summer visits sparked my love for travel.

Writing has always been my passion since grade school. For fun, I love writing poetry and short stories. To write engaging copy for the travel industry is my dream and I’m finally living my best career yet.

My expertise in holistic health and lifestyle coaching, along with other specialty wellness niches, gives me a variety of topics and industries to highlight my marketing skills.

Our daughter was a competitive gymnast for 13 years and we traveled throughout the United States for her competitions. And to finish off her competition career, we visited Montreal, Canada. What an amazing trip.

It was crucial to provide high level nutrition and naturally safe alternatives for our gymnast to continue her rigorous lifestyle.

From staying in hotels, vacation rentals, renting cars and sight seeing, I have a lot of experience with what is wrong and what is right with travel destinations.

Choosing performance based foods, proper hydration, and balancing sleep with gym practice, became my most important job.

International travel to experience new lifestyles is my dream life.

Now that our daughter is training to be a professional pilot, our vacation calendar should fill up soon:)
